China - An adventure in a fascinating country

China is a huge and fascinating country, where ancient traditions meet technological modernity. This journey will take you through iconic cities, historic monuments and breathtaking natural landscapes. Discover the Great Wall of China, the Forbidden City, the Terracotta Army and much more.

Itinerary: Beijing - Gubei - Xi'an - Guilin - Longji - Guilin - Yangshuo - Shanghai

Tour duration: 12 days

On the first day we will depart from Bucharest and, after a stopover in Istanbul, we will arrive in Beijing. After customs formalities and baggage collection, we will be transferred to the 4* Park Plaza Wangfujing Wangfujing Hotel, where we will have the opportunity to rest and adjust to the time zone.
The next day, we explore the heart of Beijing, starting with Tiananmen Square, the largest square in the world, and continuing on to the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. After lunch, we visit the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of Chinese architecture.
Over the next few days, we will hike the Great Wall of China, a wonder of the ancient world. We will take the cable car up to Mutianyu and walk along the wall, admiring the spectacular views. We will also explore the village of Gubei, where we will have the opportunity to see a stunning night view of the wall. After these experiences, we visit the Summer Palace and take the high-speed train to Xi'an. Here, we will discover the famous Terracotta Army, an impressive archaeological site. We will attend a terracotta workshop to learn more about this ancient art.

În Xi’an, vom vizita și Pagoda Marii Găști Sălbatice și cartierul musulman, renumit pentru cultura sa vibrantă și mâncărurile delicioase. Vom zbura apoi spre Guilin, unde vom explora plantațiile de orez terasate de la Longji și un sat local pentru a înțelege mai bine viața rurală din China.
Vom continua călătoria cu o croazieră pe râul Li spre Yangshuo, unde vom fi cazați la Hotel Green Lotus 5*. Vom explora peisajele spectaculoase ale regiunii și ne vom bucura de activități în aer liber.
Ultima destinație va fi Shanghai, un oraș cosmopolit plin de viață. Vom vizita Templul lui Buddha de Jad, Grădinile Yu și Bund, simbol al modernității Shanghaiului. Vom avea timp liber pentru cumpărături și explorări individuale, înainte de a ne întoarce la hotelul Radisson Blu New World 5* pentru ultima noapte.
